PowerPoint Add In Issue

I keep getting the following message when I try to use the Articulate add-in in PowerPoint. What am I not doing right?

"You must be signed in to Articulate 360 to use Articulate Presenter. You will be prompted to save any unsaved work if you exit"

So I click on "SIGN IN" and sign in to Articulate - but I still get the same message when I go back to PowerPoint. I am frustrated. What should I do?

Hello Vinca,

Thank you for sharing what you are experiencing with your software.

I'd like to see if completely signing out will alleviate this issue for you:

  1. Close the Articulate 360 desktop app by right-clicking the Articulate icon in the system tray and selecting Quit.
  2. Then, restart the machine and try signing in again.
