Trouble with Upgrade

I attempted the latest upgrade (update 6 Build 1407.2208) and after downloading and opening the file I get an error "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate."

Hi Rob,

I've heard of a couple other users who have run into similar problems, and that they needed to uninstall all elements of Storyline following the steps here.

Here's how to fix it:

  1. Uninstall Storyline.
  2. Install the latest version of Storyline.
  3. Reboot your computer.
