I attempted the latest upgrade (update 6 Build 1407.2208) and after downloading and opening the file I get an error "The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate."
I've heard of a couple other users who have run into similar problems, and that they needed to uninstall all elements of Storyline following the steps here.
Sure thing Rob - it shouldn't take too long to conduct the update to Storyline update 6, but understand that you may want to wait until completing a project.
I finally had time to uninstall and reinstall today. When I reinstalled Storyline and reactivated it I was told there was an update available when I download the update I get the same error as before.
I got it to work. I was doing an uninstall/reinstall in Win7 and that was not working so I had to uninstall completely and then reinstall from the articulate website and that worked.
