I am creating a Rise Microlearning course with several embedded links. Has been working fine until yesterday.
I go into the course to edit or preview and within a few seconds the ULR link options in the same browser page. If I close it, I close the course as well, so I can't access the content to see what is going on.
Has anyone experienced this and how did you resolve it without redoing the entire course.
Have you tested your course in a different browser to check if you get a different behavior with how the links are opened?
Additionally, would you mind sharing a link to your course so we can check how the embedded links are opening on our end for comparison? Feel free to share any of the following so we can test the behavior:
Note that in most cases, how links open is controlled by the browser. We'll be able to check if the behavior you're experiencing is specific to the browser you are using or your browser settings once we receive links to your course for testing.
It appears you shared the edit link to your Rise 360 course and not the share link. Unfortunately, this link doesn't allow me to view your course so I can't check the behavior. The link to your files is also restricted and can't be accessed publicly.
