Are they hotspots you've added to a Storyline course that you're using in Rise? Hotspots aren't accessible to screen readers in Storyline, so that'll carry over for Rise. You could look at using a transparent shape in Storyline, as that would be accessible to a screen reader.
An idea for Labeled Graphic. Currently, if these have not been selected yet, they show 'zooming' edges. These disappear when the hotspot has been selected. However, when using this block on a white background image, the 'moving' edges can't be seen. See image attached.
Since we can choose what color we want the hotspots to be, wouldn't it be great if the 'moving edges' were the same colour as the hotspot, with opacity 40%? this way the hotspots that have not been selected yet can be distinguished. Please direct me to a better entry for this comment. I left here since it's called 'Rise Hotspots'

I'm meant the labeled graphic block in Rise. Are they accessible to screen readers and keyboard?
